Elnabi Holistic Ministry envitions at Reaching Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (CASD) in low-income families by  providing home-based therapy to CASD; by setting up therapy centers; to establish a non-profit humanitarian organization that financially, materially and skilled manpower wise sustain running of home and center based therapy support for CASD. Specifically:

1. Provide training to volunteers in special needs therapy and prepare them for service
2. Provide home-based therapy and material services to children with special needs in low-income families
3. Expand access to special needs therapy material services and increase the number of service users
4. Open regional branches of special needs therapy and service centers
5. Provide special needs awareness education and psychological training to parents
